Coachman’s Golf Resort is more than just an excellent destination for a round of Wisconsin golf. It’s also the perfect venue for a fairy tale wedding. We have everything you need to plan a hassle-free event. Organizing is not easy, but it’s far, far easier if you choose Vivere at Coachman’s.

Your morning will start in our newly remodeled partner suites. Take your time getting ready, enjoy breakfast pastries, coffee and mimosa’s (if you choose!).  While you’re in your private rooms getting ready, our team will be busy setting up your ceremony site and preparing for your reception…

Your ceremony will be located right on the golf course, steps away from your reception space. A beautiful fountain is your ceremony back drop, while white resin chairs are provided for your guests for the ceremony….

After I do, take a minute in our ‘bridal’ suite to have a moment together, reset, before heading off to photos and/or cocktail hour!

At your reception, we will provide you with a fully staffed and licensed bar, along with hosted refreshments, as agreed upon. The possibilities are endless with our catering options as well!

After dinner, we will clear the dance floor and make way for you to get the dancing started.  Whether you book our preferred in-house DJ or your own, you’ll be sure to have an amazing night

While the night begins to wind down, the party doesn’t have to, as our bar at the restaurant will be open for you to continue (if you so choose).

Our outdoor venue offers you a sprawling 4875 square feet with french double doors to welcome you and your guests. Our seated capacity is 350. Outside of the venue is an additional 400 square feet of covered space to enjoy. 

 

If you prefer an indoor space for your ceremony, look no further than our on-site banquet room attached to the restaurant. A private entry takes you to your reserved space to celebrate your nuptials. We offer seating up to 125 people, and a shared space for your reception. Brought back to life is our sunken bar, which will be reserved just for your group!

Other details:

  • Flowers, decorations, candles and chair coverings are not included. 
  • You are responsible for providing Vivere with your desired set up 30 days prior to your event. Need help setting up? We are happy to help on your special day.
  • Expectations for decorating should be determined 30 days prior to the event. Staff will be provided at $50 an hour to help set up.
  • Last call is at 11:15pm, with event end time being no later than 11:30pm. Clean up should be completed no later than midnight. End times are subject to change based on event start times.

Florists and decorators are responsible for the following:

  • Loading, setting up, cleaning up and removal of all decorations, supplies and furniture you’ve provided. 
  • Any trash created from flowers and decor, should be removed from the venue space and placed in the trash container provided at the resort.
  • No open flames allowed. Candles must be enclosed with glass, or surrounding when used on table tops.
  • Displays, exhibits and decorations must conform in all aspects to county code and fire ordinances
  • Helium tanks can be used and will need to be placed in a non-public area to assure safety.
  • If you are planning to use large decorations, arrangements or interior fountains, let us know in advance, so we can plan and prepare accordingly.
  • Your contract will specify a time when all goods, equipment, furniture and supplies can be brought into the facility; as well as, when the items must be removed.
  • As you plan your event, you should allow for time to set up and tear down. The rental time is to be strictly adhered to, or additional fees may apply. 

Safety briefing:

  • Any modifications to light fixtures and electrical connections must be reviewed and approved by Vivere at Coachman’s.
  • Portable heating and air conditioning units may be rented through a 3rd party.
  • Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking area, outside of the venue. There is no smoking/vaping inside any buildings/structures on the property. 
  • Ash tray receptacles will be provided and should be used. A damage fee may be assessed if receptacles are not used, or smoking occurs indoors.
  • Materials such as rice, confetti, glitter and bird seed are prohibited. Bubbles may be used outside.
  • No outside food or beverage is allowed. Vivere requires a waiver to be signed in the instance where homemade cakes and desserts are brought in. Otherwise, any cakes/desserts must be prepared by a licensed baker.
  • You are responsible for any and all damages that are incurred to the premises during the time of your event. Vivere and Coachman’s do not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any articles left at the resort prior to, during, or after the event.
