Slow Flow – Yoga Class
Join us on the course this summer for our Tuesday morning yoga class.
This 60 minute class is a slow flow yoga class for all levels.
Take in the fresh air and morning sun to get our bodies ready to take on the day.
Complimentary small fresh juice and water will be offered at the end of each class.
Please bring your own mat, towel or ground yourself directly with the earth.
If you have your own yoga tools, such as blocks, feel free to bring those and use them as well.
In the event of rain or wet conditions, class will be held in our outdoor venue(please bring a mat or towel) overlooking the course.
Your slow flow yoga guide is Patty Droessler. Patty holds her Yoga Teacher Certification 200 through Perennial Yoga. Patty has been guiding people of all levels through yoga for many years, and we are very excited to bring her on at Coachman’s this summer.
Class runs for 8 weeks - Tuesday at 8am
Class dates will be as follows
June 9, 16, 30 (There is NO class on June 23)
