Coachman’s is pleased to introduce our NEW Executive Chef Oscar Gonzalez.  Oscar started working int the culinary industry when he was 16 years old.  He worked in many different restaurants and started acquiring his knowledge of food and beverage industry at a very young age.

Oscar worked for 9 years at the Sheraton Hotel in Madison, WI as the Kitchen Supervisor.  He worked with several different Chefs who shared their knowledge of the restaurant business.  He then moved to the Edgewater Hotel in Madison for 4 years as their Banquet Manager and his last position was at the Beloit Club as their Banquet Chef.

Oscar’s goals at Coachman’s are to bring great food along with an outstanding dining experience to all our of our clientele.  Stop by soon to try out Oscar’s excellent cuisine!!
